3. GDPR Compliance

We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. Our GDPR compliance measures include:

  • Providing clear information about what data we store (API keys and usage data) and how it is processed
  • Not storing search queries or breach data on our servers

For more information about how we process data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Data Removal Requests

Under GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure or "Right to be Forgotten"), you have the right to request the removal of your personal data.

All data removal requests are processed completely free of charge. We do not charge any fees for handling removal requests as this is your fundamental right under data protection laws.

We will process your request as quickly as possible and notify you once completed.

5. External Providers

OSINTDOG accesses breach data through various external providers. These providers include:

  • Data breach information providers
  • Payment processors
  • Communication platforms (Discord)

Each external provider has its own terms of service and privacy policy. By using OSINTDOG, you are also subject to the terms and policies of these external providers when their services are used through our platform.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data handling practices of these external providers. However, we make efforts to work with providers that comply with applicable data protection laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OSINTDOG is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the service will meet your requirements

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Any actions or omissions of our external providers

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

IMPORTANT

Note for Transparency: OSINTDOG is an independent project run by a under-age developer committed to respecting user privacy. Although I proxy third-party API data through my own service, I do not store, modify, or analyze the breach data in any way. All third-party providers I use (such as for data breaches, payments, and analytics) are GDPR-compliant and operate under valid Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) as required by law.
